I had comfortable days staying at this brand-new hotel. the venue was clean and the staff were excellent and efficient. It was in an excellent location minutes from Porta Santa Maria. the breakfast was plentiful and great with very tasty bread, and the staff were ready to help.

Overall had nice stay in the first visit. The location was nice and ideal and the staff members were attentive.

Unbeatable location in Toshima district close to Shinjuku and Ginza, main shopping area and airport limousine bus stop and the big shopping hub of Ikebukuro and all the train lines that run though the area. Functional, well-kept unit with microwave, washing machine, as for instance.

The service was top-notch, making the hotel a first-class place. the location was convenient and perfect, close to the subway entrance with easy access to shopping centers and convenience stores.

The room was very small, but this is to be expected in Japan. The washer/dryer was useful but difficult to work out how to use it - could do with instructions in English. Close to the Ikebukuro train station.

The room is not serviced unless you're staying 6 days or more. We would have liked drinking glasses in the room but these were not available - just tea cups. It was quite expensive for what you get. We got far nicer places with much larger rooms and daily service, for considerably cheaper prices, once we headed further afield.

The breakfast is free with very tasty bread, had good food. I loved the staff, they are very helpful. The hotel is on a good location near to ikebukuro station which has an escalator and a lot of restaurants. It is right next to Manmaru, where you can have dinner;))

The breakfast had a great variety and was really good. the service was outstanding, and I enjoyed my 4 nights stay. the staff were super helpful and always ready to assist. 😊.

Location is near to the Metro. Facilities is good enough.

No cleaning of bathroom/making bed daily. Service provided is not value for money. This should be provdied instead of changing of pyjama/towel everyday.

Free and plentiful breakfast with very tasty bread, top-class workers. Location right by Yoyogi, saizeriya and other restaurants and convenient stores, and Nippori Station.

Convenient room that comes with a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. the bathroom is cozy and clean. Great location, right next to Ikebukuro and near the train station 🚉.

Comfortable, great location, rooms clean and staff friendly and helpful. Had a microwave and fridge in room very handy. Good value for money, breakfast included and breakfast was surprisingly OK!

There was a big washing machine in our room - I don't think its required if you are staying less than a week, I would rather have the extra space and not the washing machine.

Friendly staff, most of them can communicate in English. Close to Ikebukoro train station, Exit C1 west side.

The location of Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro is unbeatable, being near the 0101 department store. It is conveniently located next to the subway to Shibuya, the airport bus stop to Haneda Airport, as well as various restaurants, including Saizeriya, and convenient stores. the breakfast served at the hotel includes very tasty bread.

Beautifully designed and neat place with top-class and caring staff. Magnificent and strategic location only a minute walk from a small garden. Conveniently situated near drug stores, 0101, and Lumine. Units are equipped with semi-double beds.

The service was exceptional, making the hotel an excellent place. the staff were ready to help, everyone was so wonderful and kind. the location was marvelous and fab, in the Toshima district and near a bus stop.
